Behind Bunks - Meet Social Host Marielle

Join us behind the scenes and get to know guests and people working at Bunks.

The Social Club is our dedicated team responsible for the social atmosphere on the house. Our Social Hosts are carefully selected to bring our concept to life.

Marielle started working at the social Club in June 2024, and is a part of the OG team, as we call it.

Our team leader Erika, has sat down to ask her some questions.

What is your role here at Bunks?
I’m a social Host. So basically my job is to make friends. Sing karaoke, paint (no sipping). My job is to create a good social atmosphere on the second floor.

What does a typical day look like for you?

”A lot of yapping, with guests and colleagues. Sometimes I do the dishes. I also host activities and do a lot of content production for social media, TikTok, Instagram, you name it.”


What is you favorite thing about working at Bunks?

My colleagues. I love my colleagues, we have so much love for each other. My colleagues makes this the best place to work, ever. I think I’m going to work here when I’m 50.

If you were to describe Bunks as a person, what would you say?

She would be a bit sassy. Very social extroverted and she would be so lovely to everyone. And she would have super good style.
